Due to the rapid growth of one of the projects, we are looking for an experienced senior Product Manager\Product owner to join our team for remote full-time work.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap;
  • Act as a leader within the company;
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples;
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition;
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies;
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
  • Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members;
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that theyare consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectivelyconveyed;
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awarenessand understanding;
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product Manager\Product owner, including tracking and planning projects at enterprise software development projects
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Work experience in product management or as an associate product manager;
  • Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications kills;
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on on-time, on schedule, and within budget close
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managingvarious project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance
  • Strong experience presenting to executivesponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral withtechnical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in fromexecutives sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers
  • Team-building skills with technical andnon-technical staff
  • Experience working both independently and in ateam-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform toshifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical andproblem-solving capabilities
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, ServiceNow, Smart Sheet, and Lucid Chart
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment
